How We Work
Built for Referrals
Sending and receiving leads between firms is a funny business – not to mention if they become signed cases. Our referrals department is dedicated to and set up for the “business of referrals.”
Our firm has worked to develop a process of consistent communication with our referral partner firms, remaining available for all client needs and making sure when we take on clients from our partners, they have everything they need on the case.
We’re run on Litify constantly improving our technology to get leads over to our partners faster or having quick access for inbound leads and getting clients on the line instantly. The referrals team works closely with all departments of the firm – intake, pre-lit, and lit [finance too!] – to safeguard cases from start to finish, no matter an inbound or outbound referral.
We’re here to work with our partners in all states – we want to help clients find a home for their claim whether its with us or one of our partner firms.
